Please read the conditions of returning purchased products below to ensure your purchase qualifies for a return/refund before filling out an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) request.

Return Criteria

All products must be returned within 7 days of purchase
Return items must be unused and undamaged
Items must be returned in their original packaging
Proof of purchase must accompany your return

Items Not Eligible for Return

Electrical items that cannot be refunded are:
Light Globes (Incandescent or LED)
Relays, Regulators and Senders
Electrical Gauges
Merchandise that has been worn
Products that have been used or altered from their original state
Refunds will not be given for simply changing your mind


Once your item has been received we will inspect the item and notify you on the status of your refund once the item has been inspected. Faulty items may need to be sent to the original manufacturer for testing, which may take 30-60 days (especially for products manufactured overseas).

If your returned item has been deemed faulty or a refund is approved we will initiate a refund via the original method of payment. Depending on the original purchase type (the refund process is not instantaneous), your refund may take up to 7 business days to process.


ALL warranties/refunds/claims are ‘Return to Base’. This means that all returns, warranty claims or refund claims must be returned to The Muscle Car Parts Garage by you, at your own cost. The Muscle Car Parts Garage does not cover or refund delivery charges and in the event of a refund, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund total.

Return product must be sent with registered post with tracking. We are not liable for any returns that are lost in transit by courier or Australia Post.
